Ways to Migrate & Work in Australia
The Australian economy has never been stronger. But the burgeoning economy also brought shortage of skilled personnel in Australia. This led the government to look out for qualified individuals outside of Australia.
One of the areas they are looking to is the migrants. They currently provide lots of ways for migrants to land jobs in Australia.
One may hire an immigration lawyer or an immigration consultant to know how he/she can migrate to Australia. Or he/she may opt to apply for different visas issued by the government.
First of which is the Skilled Visa. You can even apply online and see if your qualifications satisfy the immigration requirements. This is based on points needed to migrate to Australia. Eligibility has never been more possible due to huge demands for skilled professionals and the shortage of candidates.
Another is the Australia working holiday visa. This are for people between 18& 30 who will be spending 12 months in Australia.
Family visas are also being issued. This is for those who have an Australian partner, or members of his/her immediate family who are permanently based in Australia. Application for this type may also be done online. This kind is encouraged in order to bring families together. Migrant hopefuls must be sponsored by the family member or fiancé living in Australia.
You may also come to Australia as tourist by securing a visa or an ETA (Electronic Travel Authority). An ETA allows the holder to stay and travel in Australia up to three months.
If you are a businessman or have had a successful business career either at a senior executive level, you may qualify for one of visas under the Australian business visa program.
There is also a sponsored work visa. Your employer can sponsor you to migrate to Australia.
If you are retired, you may be eligible for an Australia retirement visa given. You just need to be financially secure. Free assessments are offered online.
This is the best time indeed to migrate to Australia, apply for an Australia work permit or simply visit Australia.
