The RoleProvides advisory support to departments, regions on all aspects of the HR function. Ensures policies and procedures are communicated and administered. Ensures all Job Descriptions and organisation charts are updated accordingly. Inducts new employees to the company. Tracks probationary periods. Coordinates the performance evaluation process. Coordinates with the Regional HR manager on the recruitment process. |
RequirementsExcellent communication skills; both written and oral. Interviewing skills Analysis of raining needs Knowledge of HRIS systems advantageous. English/Arabic desirable. Familiar with UAE labour laws. Graduate in business/HR related subject. |
