The population decline in Canada greatly affects its labor sector. With less Canadians, to fill employment vacancies, the government has been looking for foreign workers to offset this problem.
However, its not that simple to hire foreign workers for jobs in Canada. Those seeking to hire foreign workers need to secure certain documents.
First and foremost, the Labor Market Opinion. This document will prove that a vacancy exists and that no Canadian or permanent visa holder want to take the job. Also, this document will prove that hiring a foreign worker will bring no negative effects on Canadian labor market.
Aside from the LMO, there job specific documents that need to be obtained.
