Brief job description :
- Will supervise the established CRM department.
- Will draw his department’s objectives and strategies
- Responsible for data integrity in terms of cleaning, maintenance and update (with customers and POS)
- Will ensure the relevant link between Head Office and POS and carry all necessary tasks and trainings in order to secure flow of information
- Will be in charge of customer relations and services; classifying customers, analyze data and issuing loyalty cards, solving complaints…
- Will contact and track customers through efficient means (i.e. web sites and call centers) and will expand the customers’ database.
- Will develop effective tailor-made marketing programs as per company’s general and specific policies & then track results and take corrective measures.
- Will coordinate on a regular and close basis with Points of Sale to maintain and increase customers’ data bank
- Will coordinate with IT & EB supervisors all necessary and related tasks
- Will carry on related tasks and those instructed by Commercial Manager.
Skills
- Around 3-5 years of experience as CRM Coordinator or Supervisor within a Marketing and Commercial environment, preferably with a retail company (mall, department store, real estates), service or computer company developing relevant software.
- STRONG IT BACKGROUND & HIGH COMPUTER SKILLS knowledge in Microsoft dynamics is a plus
- Preferably trilingual (Arabic, English, French)
- Exposed to Customer Service and loyalty cards software, telemarketing/ database marketing and building frequency and loyalty programs
- Age between 28 -38
- Self-motivated, patient and serious
- Outgoing and exposed to public relations
- Well organized, with good sense of initiative and follow-up
- Customer-service oriented
- Excellent communication skills
Education
B.A. in Management / Marketing/ Public relations or Business computer. MBA is a plus
